Sad Maxie post :(
yes, this IS the most recent picture of Maxie.Maxie’s coat was too matted to be saved. I chose to have her completely shaved. I couldn’t let her go through the pain of someone trying to comb out the knots.
Some of the mats were so close to the body, that they left red blotches on her skin. It is so unfortunate that I don’t see her often enough to brush her hair like I used to when she lived with me.
I am counting the months until we have her back with us!! (Hopefully by September)
I kept telling Maxie how beautiful she was and filled her with kisses.
It’s incredible how Schnauzers looks without their signature beards and brows, you can’t even tell she’s a purebred Schnauzie.
Miss that beard, but it was definitely for the best :(
